Constructed of a grey cotton twill backer, the obverse bearing a hand embroidered silver aluminum wire Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, on a dark grey wool lining, unmarked, measuring 95 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), oxidation of the silver aluminum wire is evident and most of the wool lining has been lost, in overall fair condition.
