Three high-altitude vineyards in the upper reaches of the Aude Valley deliver this delightfully vibrant and expressive Pinot Noir
Coldstream Hills Single Vineyard Roslyn Pinot Noir 2011 mornington-peninsula Hand harvests and traditional winemakingThis wine spent ten months in 100% French oak 30% new with the remainder in seasoned French oak barriques and puncheons. Part of the wine (53%) remained on lees for its entirety in oak. This is a very different proposition, already with an intricate display of flavours ranging through dark berry, spice, bramble and (controlled) oak, likewise all promising much for the future. A true vin de garde style years a conservative minimum.
