A Second War United States Army Air Forces (Usaaf) Flight Nurse Badge, C. 1942 Hold Police cap insigniaUnited States; Three piece construction, Gold "N" mounted in the centre, the underlying two wings in silver gilt with a 1 10 10K Gold filling, marked "1 10 10K GF" (1 10 10K Gold Filled) on the reverse, 17. 5 mm x 52. 5 mm, scattered gilt wear evident on the reverse, extremely fine.
