The record was released in 1990 through the Atlantic label. The album charted in the States and in the UK and was eventually certified Gold. Jon Bon Jovi also had a guest appearance on the album for the track "Heads I Win, Tails You Lose." The band split up shortly after its release but have been back at it since their reunion in 1996.
