Two piece construction, in silvered bronze with blue enamels, engraved "HENRY BURCH" on the reverse, measuring 56. 5 mm (w) x 62 mm (h), very light contact, original ribbon with pinback, near extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, black thatched look exterior, marked "IMPERIAL SERVICE MEDAL" on the lid, inside lid in red satin, padded and maker marked "ELKINGTON & Co. Ltd. 22. REGENT St. S. W.", base with a slotted and recessed
