Aromas of freshly picked pear and red apple grapefruit citrus lime leaf and rose floral. There is a complexity here too from the solids fermentation with flecks of gun flint and a note of freshly cured dough just hovering in the background. The plate is fresh and lively with juicy pear and pink grapefruit flavors. Textural yeasty notes are all framed by a crisp line of acid that flows through the palate.
