with the bouquet jumping from the glass in a bright and inviting mix of black cherries

Pair this drop with squid

so that the harvest started with the Merlot on 26 September and continued in perfect conditions until 14 October

Dense red Burgundy color

Domaine William Fèvre Vaillons Premier Cru 375ml 2023 cognac-tesseron This SSB displays a paleTouches of menthol and wood surround the floral and pepper scented nose that isnt quite as fresh as that of the Montmains. There is by contrast good energy to the very rich and nicely voluminous flavors that conclude in a bitter lemon and intensely saline inflected finale. Very good but not truly special.
