Bernard Baudry Rosé Chinon 2024 wine-spectator even slightly smoky and tobaccoBaudry's delicate, crunchy Chinon ros is made from 100% Cabernet Franc, Chinon AOC fruit and comes from vines rooted in the gravel terroir of Grzeaux as well as a rented parcel called Les Balais, originally planted by Matthieu's father some 30 years ago. In contrast to Grzeaux, Les Balais is on clay flintstone (silex) and Baudry suggests the vibrant freshness you can taste in this wine is thanks to Les Balais' silex terroir and mature vines. Picked by
