Andre Bonhomme Viré-Clessé ‘Thurissey’ 2019 Size::1 Bottle 78% Tasman Peninsula and 22%The "Thurissey" cuve is produced from old Chardonnay vines over 80 years old. This plot is planted in the hamlet of Thurissey in the far north of the Vir Cless appellation. The viticulture is certified organic and the harvest is manual at optimal maturity. As for the vinification, it is slow and natural in oak barrels thanks to the indigenous yeasts and bacteria for aging for a total of 24 months.
