Slinky Skirt - Cloud hooked top Layer with the Naomi VestA flowy versatile skirt that drapes the body beautifully. The Slinky skirt features a fold over waistband that allows you to wear it as high or low waisted as you like. Fold over the waistband to shorten the skirt; Leave the waistband unfolded to create a high waisted skirt or pull the skirt down to create a long line low waisted skirt with a thick body hugging waistband. Pair with our Draped top to create a top skirt or one piece dress look.
